1. Calcium-magnesium alloys are used as reducing agents and additives in smelting, and are widely used in automobile, aerospace, casting, electronics and chemical industry, communication, instruments, machinery manufacturing and protection of anti-corrosion materials magnesium alloys and other industrial applications.
2. Lead industry application: Magnesium-Calcium alloys are commonly used for the purification of lead, removing the impurity bismuth at lead water temperatures of 480°C to 500°C (895 – 930°F). The use of magnesium-calcium alloys can reduce the bismuth content in lead water to very low levels.
